What it’s like to work with me?
Before a session, you are invited to reflect upon and share in depth insights / thoughts / feelings around where you are currently at and where you would like to be. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is an important part of your experience.
It creates safety for the mind and sets a tone of intentionality.
The thing is, once you arrive for your session, you may find that your body has a different intention. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Often what releases within a session, is something you had no idea you needed to look at. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sometimes it is connected to your intention - but a layer deeper, within the body’s intelligence. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Witnessing my clients’ faces when they realise the actual thing that has been blocking them is such an honour. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
