There are a few things to be aware of when starting your tantric journey.

All too often, I hear of people having ideas, expectations or even negative past experiences when it comes to tantric.

And I want to reveal some of the common misconceptions, so you can make more informed decisions about the evolution of your pleasure:

- It’s not all about sex. It’s a yogic concept based on Eastern Philosophy that is profoundly deep and beyond the physical body. Yes, the practices of tantric do naturally increase s.xual energy. While this aspect of tantric is highly appealing, it’s actually only a fraction of the equation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- Drop expectations - The journey is different for everyone. There’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach. We all have different bodies and experiences that have imprinted us in different ways. - Your pleasure is already there - It’s just fallen numb because of stories, trauma, pain, shame and suppression. A lot of the tantric journey is releasing all that is in the way to reveal what is beneath it, your pleasure, magnetism and life force.
