About the event
This is an evening of Tantric principles in practice: slow, embodied, relational.
A space to soften the mind, listen through sensation, and remember what it feels like to be held by something bigger than the day-to-day.
What to expect
Tantric foundations (presence, consent, polarity, nervous system safety)
Breath + somatic release to land in the body
Connective practices (solo, partnered, and group - always optional)
